Jock Perry

A 7-foot-1, 3-point threat, Jock Perry is an elite stretch 5 that proves to be a problem for defences from anywhere on the court.

Even as a late-comer to basketball, Jock made an instant impact once arriving at the AIS in 2013. Quickly becoming one of the best young big’s in the nation, Jock was named in the U17 Australian side for the 2013 FIBA U17 Oceania Championships & in the U19 side for the 2015 FIBA U19 Oceania Championships where he helped the team go on to win bronze.

After a number of impressive years at the AIS, Jock committed to playing college basketball at Saint Mary’s. Following his junior year, Jock transferred to UC Riverside where he averaged 11.5 points, 5.2 rebounds whilst shooting 37% from 3-pt range.

Jock’s impressive senior year, followed by an incredible NBL1 season with Ballarat, earnt him a spot on the Tasmanian Jack Jumpers for their inaugural NBL season in 2021/22.

In 2024, Jock put together his best year yet, averaging 18.7 points and 12.9 rebounds, whilst shooting 36% from 3pt for the Diamond Valley Eagles.
