Making his debut as an 18-year-old for the Illawarra Hawks in 2016, Glover made his first steps of his professional career. Glover cherished every minute living out his childhood dream representing his hometown team, putting up impressive numbers in limited minutes.

Glover’s impressive display during the 2019-2020 NBL season saw him selecting in the Australian squad for the Asia Cup Qualifiers in 2020. Glover filled the box score in the two games posting 12 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 2 steals whilst shooting 62% from the field and 50% from the 3pt line.
